Opposition to Obama jobs will will cost the under-employed

I was unemployed for two years and I am still under-employed. This does not bode well for my prospects after graduation. It is already having negative impacts in the labor market and I have heard nothing coming out of Congress that gives me any indication that the opposition is considering something like the addendum to the Obama bill that would make it illegal to discriminate against the long term unemployed or the underemployed.
