Personally, I have never been able to use cotton ANYTHING to remove my eye make up, except a washcloth. I HATE the cotton fibers that get trapped by my eyelashes and they really irritate my eyes and always have. Because it’s water based, I fully expect this to be a make up remover best suited for those who use make up foundation and primer sparingly. I won’t be able to test drive it for a few more months, but as soon as I do, I plan to post a review!
